Scout CRM is a field-sales CRM used by authorized sales representatives. It stores the sales data you enter — business prospects, contact details, notes, tasks, and business-card photos — on Bull Creek Business Solutions' own private backend so it is available across your devices.
Data you enter while doing your job: prospect business names, addresses, contact names, phone numbers, emails, notes, tasks/action items, and photos of business cards you scan. Login is by a team-issued credential; we store an authentication token on your device to keep you signed in.
Solely to provide the CRM service to you and your sales team. We do not sell data, we do not use advertising or analytics SDKs, and we do not use your data for tracking across apps or websites.
Data is stored on Bull Creek Business Solutions' backend (hosted on Railway, PostgreSQL) and is accessible to your sales team. Business-card photos are processed to extract contact text. We do not share data with third parties except infrastructure providers that host our service.
Data is retained while your team account is active. To request deletion of data you entered, contact caleb@bullcreekbusinesssolutions.io.
Scout CRM is a business tool for adults and is not directed at children under 13.
