AI Receipt Scanner is a receipt-scanning and expense-logging app that keeps a photo and a few details for each receipt. We designed it to work entirely offline. We do not collect, store, or transmit any personal information.
None. AI Receipt Scanner does not require an account, does not ask for your name, email, contacts, photo library, or location, and does not include analytics or advertising SDKs. The app makes no network connections at all.
The app uses your device's camera solely to photograph receipts you choose to scan. Those photos, along with the details you enter (merchant, date, total, currency, category, payment method, notes, and reimbursable status), are stored locally on your device and never leave it unless you choose to share an exported CSV or PDF through the iOS share sheet. Deleting a receipt in the app permanently removes its photo and details from your device.
We do not sell, rent, or share any personal data, because we do not collect any. Files you export are shared only to the destination you pick in the iOS share sheet.
AI Receipt Scanner is rated 4+ and contains no objectionable content. It is not directed at children and, because it collects no data, we do not knowingly collect information from children.
If this policy changes, we will update the effective date above and post the revised policy at the same URL.
