AI Invoice Scanner is an invoice organizer that lets you photograph invoices and log their details. We designed it to work entirely offline. We do not collect, store, or transmit any personal information.
None. AI Invoice Scanner does not require an account, does not ask for your name, email, contacts, photo library, or location, and does not include analytics or advertising SDKs. The app makes no network connections at all. The invoice details you type (vendor, amounts, dates, notes) and the photos you take are stored only on your device.
The app uses your device's camera solely to photograph invoices you choose to scan. Those photos, the details you enter, and any PDFs or CSV files created from them are stored locally on your device and never leave it unless you choose to share a file through the iOS share sheet. Deleting an invoice in the app permanently removes its files from your device.
We do not sell, rent, or share any personal data, because we do not collect any.
AI Invoice Scanner is rated 4+ and contains no objectionable content. It is not directed at children and, because it collects no data, we do not knowingly collect information from children.
If this policy changes, we will update the effective date above and post the revised policy at the same URL.
