Ai Sales Roleplay Coach turns the sales objections you actually hear into practice drills against an adaptive AI buyer. Your objection library, fact library, and practice history live on your device. When you run a cloud AI roleplay, the text of that practice conversation is sent to our server to generate the AI buyer's responses. There are no accounts, no ads, no analytics SDKs, and no tracking.
Your objection library (wording, context, truth scores, suspected concerns), your approved fact library, transcripts and feedback from past practice sessions, spaced-repetition scheduling, and settings. Deleting an item in the app deletes it. Settings includes a full "delete all data" control, and deleting the app deletes everything stored locally.
The microphone is used only while you practice speaking, and only after you grant permission. Speech is transcribed on your device. Raw audio recordings are never uploaded to our servers in this version of the app. If a future feature ever needs to process audio in the cloud, it will ask for separate, explicit consent first and this policy will be updated before it ships.
When you start a cloud roleplay (after granting cloud-practice consent in the app), the app sends the current practice scenario — the objection wording, its context, your hypothesis about the buyer's concern, any approved facts you attached — and the text of your turns in that conversation to a server operated by Bull Creek, together with a random per-install identifier. This identifier is generated on your device and is not linked to your name, email, phone number, or any account, because none exist in the app.
The server uses this text solely to generate the AI buyer's replies and practice feedback, including processing by our AI infrastructure provider under contract. We do not use your content to train AI models. Our server does not store your conversation text: server logs record only request metadata, token counts, and cryptographic hashes — never the words of your roleplay. Usage counts (how many cloud sessions you have used) are stored against the anonymous install identifier to enforce plan allowances.
Subscriptions are processed by Apple In-App Purchase. We never see your card number or billing address. To validate your subscription, the app sends Apple's signed transaction to our server, which checks it with Apple's App Store Server API and stores only an anonymous subscribed/expiry flag. Manage or cancel subscriptions in your App Store account settings.
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data. Conversation text is processed by our AI infrastructure provider only as needed to generate responses, and Apple processes payments. No data brokers, no advertising networks.
None. The app contains no third-party analytics or advertising SDKs and does not track you across apps or websites.
The app is a professional sales-training tool and is not directed at children. It collects no identifying data from anyone.
Local data: delete items in-app, use Settings > delete all data, or delete the app. Server side, the only records tied to your anonymous install identifier are usage counts and hash-only logs; email us and we will delete them. Depending on your region (GDPR, CCPA, and similar) you may also have rights to access and portability — the same contact honors those requests.
If this policy changes, we will update the effective date above and post the revised policy at the same URL.
